The Experience

I attended an event at the Dallas Star in Concrete Cowboy and enjoyed a couple of drinks. On my quest for a good Old Fashioned, I tried their version called the Bold Fashioned, which uses Angel's Envy Bourbon.

 

Flavor Profile

This cocktail is quite strong but maintains a balanced and smooth profile. However, I personally prefer something a bit sweeter in my Old Fashioned.
