The only collection that hasn’t changed since 2018 is my Fountain Pens; all other collections have expanded or evolved.
Section II

Headphones

I reduced this collection by three items, letting go of my old MDR-ZX, ATH-EQ500, and WM-77 models, which I hadn't used in years.

Over-Ear
  • Audio Technica ATH-MSR7 — High-resolution over-ear headphones.
  • Audio Technica ATH-M50x — Professional monitor headphones.
On-Ear
  • Grado SR80e — Classic open-back on-ear headphones.
In-Ear
  • AKG IG955 — Used for the Office.
  • Klipsch R6i — Used for Home.
  • Beats Urbeats — Kept in my Bag.
  • Apple Earbuds (x4) — Standard wired backups.
Wireless
  • Apple AirPods Pro — Primary wireless noise-canceling buds.
Section III

Tech

I added an iPhone 11, Amazon Fire 8 Tablet, and RG351p to my tech collection. I sold my Apple Shuffle and gave away my old iPhone 6s. I'm also planning to sell the LG K7.

Phones
  • iPhone 11 — Primary mobile device.
  • iPhone 4 — Legacy Apple hardware.
  • LG K7 — Current device planned for sale.
Tablets
  • Amazon Fire 8 — New addition for media consumption.
  • iPad 2 — Older tablet model.
Laptops
  • HP i7 — Performance-focused laptop.
  • HP i3 — Secondary entry-level laptop.
Gaming
  • RG351p — Portable handheld gaming addition.
  • Sony Playstation PS4 — Home console.
  • Sony Playstation PS2 — Classic home console.
Other Gear
  • Sansa Clip+ (4GB) — Dedicated music player.
  • Anker 10k — High-capacity battery pack for travel.
Section IV

Watches

I dropped this collection by four items; the Apple Watch 2 has died, and I sold my G-Shocks along with other watches, replacing them with a few new digital and analog pieces.

Future Plan: I plan to sell the Seiko and Zenith to reduce my total to five.
Mechanical
  • Rolex Explorer 114270 — Iconic luxury mechanical timepiece.
  • Omega Seamaster 2531.80 — Classic professional diver.
  • Zenith Cal 126 — Vintage mechanical watch.
  • Seiko Orange Monster — Rugged automatic diver.
Analog
  • Victorinox INOX — Heavy-duty durable analog watch.
Digital
  • Casio A168 — Classic vintage-style digital.
  • Casio DW-5600 — Standard-bearer digital G-Shock style.
Section V

Swiss Army Knives

I added this collection in 2021. After starting with a few Swiss Army Knives, I caught the collecting bug and have expanded significantly.

111mm Large Models
  • Trekker — Large locking blade for heavy tasks.
Alox Scales
  • Alox Cadet — Slim, durable aluminum-scaled tool.
  • Alox Pioneer 2020 LE — Limited edition aluminum model.
91mm Medium Models
  • Swiss Champ — Maximum tool density for any situation.
  • Huntsman (x2) — Featuring the wood saw for outdoor use.
  • Climber (x4) — Compact multi-tool for everyday urban tasks.
  • Camper — Focused on essential camping tools.
  • Spartan (x3) — The classic pocket knife silhouette.
58mm Small Models
  • Classic (x2) — Small keychain-sized essentials.
Section VI

Sneakers

I shifted my focus from clothing to sneakers, given my growing interest in this area.

Wishlist: I’m looking to add a pair of Air Jordan 1s soon.
Nike
  • Air Force 1 2007 (White) — Classic basketball-style sneaker.
  • React Miler (Black) — Performance-oriented running shoe.
Converse
  • All Star (White) — Timeless canvas high/low tops.
Adidas
  • Stan Smith (White/Green) — Iconic tennis-style silhouette.
Section VII

Fountain Pens

This collection remains unchanged. I haven't had much time to focus on it since I lost my beloved Platinum 3776.

Note: If I were to buy another, it would be the Platinum 3776.
  • Pilot Custom 74 — Premium Japanese fountain pen.
  • Pilot Metropolitan (x3) — Reliable everyday writers.
Section VIII

Whisky

For collecting purposes, I’m only listing unopened bottles in the current inventory.

  • Johnnie Walker Blue Label — Premium blended scotch.
  • Jane Walker Black Label — Special edition blend.
  • Suntory Yamazaki 12 — Single malt Japanese whisky.

Sony MDR-ZX100 vs ZX-110 vs ZX-310 Series Headphones

Gear Review Budget Audio Face-off: Sony ZX Series Review Comparing the ZX-100, ZX-110, and ZX-310 for your everyday carry ~3 Models ~$10–$20 Price 2.5+ Years Longevity Table of Contents ① Build Quality ② Cost Comparison ③ Sound Quality ④ Overall Value ⑤ Upgrade Path Section I Build Quality The Sony ZX series headphones primarily feature a durable plastic construction. My ZX-100 has lasted over 2½ years, enduring countless tosses into my backpack and car without any issues. However, the lower-end ZX-100 and ZX-110 models have a significant downside: poor-quality earpads.   The Earpad Problem Over time, the earpads on the ZX-100 and ZX-110 disintegrate, leaving vinyl flakes that stick to your hair and ears. The ZX-310 comes with upgraded earpads that don't suffer from this problem — a clear win in the build department. Tip: If your earpads start to flake, it is a sign of material degradation; consider replacing the cushions or upgrading to a model with more durable synthetic lea...

Casio G-Shock 5600 vs 6900 vs 9000

Gear Review Finding the Perfect Fit: My G-Shock Journey A deep dive into balancing form, function, and wrist presence. 4 Models Tested 2 Favorite Series 1 Non-negotiable Feature Table of Contents ① The Quest for Size ② Best Compromise: G9000 Mudman Series ③ Feature Needs: G/GW vs DW ④ The Lineup: Models at a Glance ⑤ Final Verdict: 5600 Wins Section I The Quest for Size After trying out several G-Shock models, I've developed a better sense of the specific features and design elements I appreciate most. While features are always a plus, my main priority is size. Here's how some of the models I've tried stack up. 5600 Series For overall size, the 5600 series stands out as a favorite due to its compact, comfortable form. It's slim, lightweight, and fits well on my wrist without being too bulky. Although the 6900 series provides the benefit of a well-placed front illumination button, the 5600 remains the ideal size for everyday wear.   Section II Best Compromise: G900...
