Coffee Crawl Overview
I decided to switch things up this week and visited Fairgrounds in Knox Henderson, Dallas, while also stopping by Summer Moon in Frisco for some familiarity.
Fairgrounds Experience
At Fairgrounds, I tried both an Espresso and a Cappuccino.
- →Cappuccino — Unfortunately, the cappuccino fell flat for me. It seemed like they might have used soy or skim milk instead of whole milk, which affected the creaminess and overall texture.
- →Espresso — On the bright side, the espresso was good! I’m optimistic that ordering the cappuccino with whole milk next time will yield a better result.
The weather was typical for Texas—hot—but sitting in the shade with a nice breeze made it enjoyable to be outside. I’m glad I tried Fairgrounds, and I look forward to giving it another shot.

| Espresso | N/A | Solid flavor |
Final Thoughts
I’d rate the Fairgrounds cappuccino a 5 out of 10 for this visit. I believe it has potential, especially with the right milk choice.
