The Strategy

I'm still not even done with 2026, so it is a bit early to plan for 2027. However, as most of my main purchases are already complete for this year, I wanted to start strategizing ahead for next year.  But I'm going to count my MacBook Pro purchase as a future 2027 budget item and pull it forward this year as I want to accelerate my studies and learning.


Section II

Wardrobe Upgrades

I need a better T-shirt and will opt for Vuori as my main brand, while Uniqlo will be reserved for layering. I also want to complete my jacket collection with a specific Alpha Industries piece.

Technical Infrastructure

The main investment of the year will be a new computer. I am considering an M4 Pro MacBook Pro with a larger 24GB RAM configuration. This will be a major shift for me as I transition from Windows to MacOS.

The jump to 24GB of RAM is a priority for this major platform transition from Windows to MacOS.

Lastly, I really enjoyed the Lamy Safari and will get a second pen so I always have at least one fully inked.
